CONCIERGE SERVICE
We have many vendors who can cater to your every need: stock the refrigerator for your arrival, cater a brunch or dinner party for any size group, set up an appointment for a hair dresser to come to the house pre-wedding, or even have a yoga instructor teach a class to your group at the house. If there’s something you need, just ask and we will do our resourceful best.
THE RATES
The house is an ideal weekly rental, available for $15,500/week.
For people who want to stay less than a week, there is a three night minimum rental period for $7,800. The rate for each additional night thereafter is $2,100/night.
A one-time cleaning fee is $1,800 and refundable security deposit of $5,000 is also required.
To rent, you must be 25 years or older, no exceptions.
